1. Arrive to class 10 to 15 minutes prior
to class.
2. Show respect to your instructors.
3. Keep your uniform clean and odor free.
4. No smoking in the Dojang at any time.
5. No gum chewing in class.
6. No profanity will be used in class by
anyone at any time regardless of rank.
7. No jewelry is to be worn during class.
8. Students are Not allowed to belong to
another Dojang.
9. Never leave class for a break, drink water,
or leave early without per mission.
10. Never lose your temper in the Dojang,especially
while sparring.
11. Never lean on the walls, or lay on the
floor spread out.
12. Students must keep their finger and toe
nails clipped short, and clean at all times.
13. No horse play, whistling, or loud talk
in the Dojang, especially while the instructor is speaking to a visitor or student.
14. Telephone the school if you are going
to be late or absent from class.
15. When you see your Sabumnim (instructor
) you must bow to him.
16. You must always respect your sabumnim when
asking or answering questions.
17. Respect all senior belts, bow when asking
questions.
18. When fixing your uniform or belt, do not
face your instructor,always turn your back to him.
19. Always keep in mind that you are being
taught a deadly art, treat it with respect,and above all, never misuse it.
20. Practice discipline, especially while
training.

Rules of Training
It is necessary to respect the way in which
the instructor of the class directs the training. Receve instruction and carry out suggestions for training sincerely and
to the best of your ability. Thereis no room for argument on the mat.It is the moral responsibility of each student never
to use hapkido technique to harm another person or as a way to display his or her ego. It is a tool to develop a better society
through the character development of the individual.There will be no conflicts of ego on the mat.Hapkido is not street fighting.
You are on the mat to train and purify your aggressive reactions and embody the spirit of the samurai by discovering your
social responsibility.
